FCC.gov -Redesign
The FCC was created to provide leadership in the nation’s communication infrastructure. I have observed that the FCC did not have the best communication method to attract new talent which is causing potential employees and interns to go to another bureau or website to find employment. How might I improve the FCC’s navigation so that new hires can successfully apply online? Since the information on the FCC.gov website is so vast, the solution is a CRM-style redesign. One login for consumers and a separate login for commercial services.
