SafeHaven

We have created an application that allows homebuyers and homeowners a streamlined process to accomplish multiple tasks pertaining to mortgages, and third-party homeowner services such as security. During the research phase of this project, we conducted surveys, and competitor analysis, and designed affinity maps in a team of four. During our research, we discovered that the home-buying process is very complicated and lengthy. Many first times buyers are uneducated about all the steps. Our key insights revealed that communication with the real estate agent and mortgage company is crucial.
